Welcome to Bouncin Boujee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and bounce house rental services.

1. Acceptance of Terms By booking a rental or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rental Agreement All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup within Laramie, Wyoming. Your rental period is 4 hours from the time setup is complete. Extending your rental time may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment Rental pricing starts at $125 for a standard 4-hour rental. Full payment is required prior to your scheduled rental date. Payment is processed through our website. Your rental date is not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to a future available date. Bouncin Boujee reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any rental due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds or storms, at no cost to the customer.

5. Liability Waiver All customers are required to sign a liability waiver prior to use of the bounce house. By signing the waiver, you assume all risk of injury associated with the use of the bounce house for yourself, your children, and your guests. Bouncin Boujee is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.

6. Rules of Use Customers agree to follow all posted safety rules during the rental period, including but not limited to: no shoes inside the bounce house, no food or drinks inside the bounce house, no sharp objects, no glitter or confetti, no animals, no climbing on the walls or turrets, and a maximum capacity of 6 adults at a time. Customers are responsible for supervising all children at all times. An adult must be present for the duration of the rental.

7. Property Requirements Rentals must be set up on a flat, open area of at least 20x20 feet on grass or a concrete slab. An accessible outdoor power outlet is required to operate the blower for the duration of the rental. Bouncin Boujee does not set up at commercial venues. Rentals are for private residences only.

8. Damage and Cleaning The customer is responsible for any damage to the bounce house during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear. A cleaning or repair fee may be assessed if the bounce house is returned with excessive dirt, stains, or damage caused by failure to follow the rules of use.

9. Weather Policy Bouncin Boujee reserves the right to cancel or end a rental early due to unsafe weather conditions, including but not limited to high winds, lightning, or severe storms. In such cases, the rental will be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost.

10. Limitation of Liability Bouncin Boujee LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our equipment or services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of enjoyment.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
